The Shred Challenge is an 8 week program that involves a personalised training regimen and a nutrition plan that is tailored to the individual's goals.

How does it work?

NUTRITION

The nutrition plan for the Challenge is typically designed to promote fat loss while preserving lean muscle mass.

It may involve a reduction in calories based on the individuals recommended daily intake, and an increase in protein intake, as well as a focus on healthy, nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins.

EXERCISE

The Challenge exercise programs focus on strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

The workouts may take place in a gym, outdoors, or at home, and may require minimal equipment such as dumbbells or resistance bands.

SUPPORT

Throughout the Challenge, participants receive support and guidance from Katie, who provides motivation, accountability, and adjustments to the workouts and nutrition plan as needed.

GOALS

The Shred Challenge is a structured and intensive program designed to help individuals achieve their chosen goal through a combination of nutrition, exercise and accountability with the support of Katie and a community of likeminded people.
