I have followed this challenge two years in a row now, down to the excellent results I experienced.

I noticed a big change in my mental and physical health, which I still carry with me to this day. With the combination of Katie's workout and nutrition regime, I managed to feel the fittest that I've ever felt. I found the structure easy to follow with each element broken down and easy to record my progress. I feel like this challenge brings the whole package, gets you thinking about all aspects of your health and fitness to get positive and real results. It also brings a community vibe and you get to meet new people (even if it is virtually). It is amazing how much that helps, knowing there are other people to relate to. Love this challenge.
