The 8 week Shred Challenge is one of the best things I have done.
Setting a goal is one thing, but having the framework set up to achieve it is what gives this program the success it has. The structured food plan, personalised exercise plan, the community, and Katie’s guidance, all assisted me in achieving my 8 week goal. I enjoyed the journey, the outcome, and the ability to continue putting into my life what I had learnt during the program. You can’t put a value on feeling good, so I’ll definitely be back again for another Shred Challenge!
