What a feeling! Toughest was to make the decision to go for the challenge.

We all might have too many excuses, like I also had too many times in the past. But after accepting the challenge everything went on so easily. I just simply followed the Shred Challenge ”bible” with discipline every day and with a special focus on the diet. I also started to check my weight every morning, which gave me extra motivation. Not to mention all clothes getting suddenly too loose.
