Katie keeps our workouts interesting and fun – Cardio, weights, her personal ‘wardio’ and combined Pilates/yoga classes.

Over the years, Katie has modified our sessions to account for any injuries or niggles we suffer. Her happy disposition, extensive exercise knowledge and consistency in approach has enabled us to achieve an improved level of fitness and strength as we age. Katie’s personal style makes exercising almost enjoyable! And by coming to our home, we have no excuse to avoid regular exercise!
