Boxing
Group boxing sessions with like-minded-legends held on Manly Beach. The class involves a combination of boxing techniques and exercises that are designed to help build strength, endurance, coordination, and agility.
Shred
Challenge
The Sparrow Fitness Shred Challenge is a program designed to help individuals achieve a specific goal they have made through a combination of exercise, nutrition, accountability and wellbeing tasks. Goals may vary from fat loss, strength, fitness, overall well-being.
